A Harris County jury found Dec. 14 Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management professor Stephen Barth was retaliated against for reporting possible criminal activity by the college's former dean. 
 

Parking Enforcement more 
than just meter maids

UH Parking Enforcement officials want the campus community to know their responsibilities go beyond writing tickets. They also assist students, faculty and staff in whatever way they can.
 

Staff survey deadline 
extended to Thursday

UH staff members have until Thursday to complete and turn in the Staff Needs Assessment Survey, which will be used to inform the Staff Council and the administration.

Houston seeks victory in Fort Worth
The Cougars will enter their second postseason play in three seasons on Friday, when they take on Kansas in the Fort Worth Bowl. With a 0-2 all-time record against Kansas, the Cougar's go into this bowl game with a slight chip on their shoulders. 

Men's basketball leaves Top 25 after upset

The men's basketball team was allowed five days to experience life as a Top 25 team, before falling victim to its first upset of the season. 

Two Lady Cougars post season highs in loss

The Lady Cougars dropped their third straight game after Dartmouth rode a 14-8 run in the final minutes of Monday night's game, defeating UH 76-69 at Hofheinz Pavilion.
