All announcements must be received in writing at least five days prior to the event and should include a phone number in case of questions.

Absolutely no announcements will be taken over the telephone, and voice-mail messages of events will be disregarded.

Ceilings -- The UH Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management will host the Third Annual Diversity Symposium today from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Conference Center, UH Hilton. "Breaking Glass Ceilings for Hispanics" will focus on removing employment barriers.

Band -- Texas alternative band Dune will play Tuesday at 11:30 a.m. at the Satellite Patio.

Symphony -- The UH Symphony Orchestra will perform Tuesday at 7:30 p.m. at Grace Presbyterian Church. Tickets are $3 for students and senior citizens, $5 for general admission.
