Women in Islam: The Ahmadiyya Muslim Students Association will hold a discussion on women in Islam with Maryam Chaudhry, president of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Ladies' Auxiliary of Chicago, from 1 to 2:30 p.m. in the UC Houston Room.


Coming clean: The Catholic Newman Association will volunteer in the Texas Adopt-a-Beach cleanup in Galveston Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
