When benches attack

Bryan Lockhart, a 1950 UH graduate, uses a shovel to point out a piece of steel rebar protruding from the base of a new concrete bench outside the Moores School of Music Thursday. Lockhart said he fears the rebar could be dangerous to those using the bench.
