Judge shoots down A&M law affiliation

Texas A&M University's quest to acquire a law school -- even in
name only -- hit a brick wall last week when an Austin judge ruled the
university must end most of its association with the South Texas College
I don't know why, but in the past several years, the world has gotten
very complicated. It seems that the more technologically advanced the world
becomes, the more we lose touch with each other. You may be thinking that
you are more in touch with people now than you used to be because you have
e-mail and instant messaging on your computer, a pager constantly beeping
or a cell phone permanently attached to your ear.
If you like to be freaked out, The Sixth Sense is the movie event
you've been waiting for. You're more likely to jump out of your seat in
this movie than you would be in the The Blair Witch Project or Deep
Andre Ware, a former Houston Cougar and Heisman Trophy winner, announced
his retirement from the NFL last week.
