Jum'aa Prayer: The Muslim Students' Association will hold a congregational prayer at 1:30 p.m. in Room 201 and 204, A.D. Bruce Religion Center.

Anime No Kai: Anime No Kai, a Japanese animation club, will show a variety of Japanese animation titles from 2 to 5 p.m. at the UC Satellite.

Study Circle: The Muslim Students' Association will hold an Islamic study circle at 6:30 p.m. in the UC Underground.

Praise and Worship: The Baptist Student Ministry will hold a night of music and worship at 7 p.m. at the Baptist Student Center.

Want to be a real athlete?: The UH Badminton team will hold a meeting today and Monday from 7 to 8:45 p.m. at Melcher Gym.

Concert: The Moores School of Music presents a concert honoring Uduak Inyangumia at 7:30 p.m. in the Moores Opera House. Admission for the concert is $6 ($4 for students and seniors). Tickets are available are at the door. For more information, call (713) 743-3307.

Film: Amnesty International and Rice Media Center presents <I>Marian<P> at 7:30 p.m. in the Brown Auditorium, Museum of Fine Arts. Student tickets are $4 with identification Regular tickets are $5.

Masterpiece theater: The UH School of Theater presents Anton Chekhov comic masterpieces: The Bear and the Proposal at 8 p.m. today and Saturday at the Lyndall Finley Wortham Theater.
