In Entertainment Today . . .

Destiny's Child, the female R&B foursome that hails from Houston, is a mix of vibrant personalities, captivatingly good looks and unlimited talent that is often the formula for success in the music industry today.

In Sports Today . . .

The UH football team will open the 1999 football season at 7 p.m. Sept. 4 on O'Quinn Field in the newly renovated Robertson Stadium against crosstown and former Southwest Conference rival Rice, reviving the Bayou Bucket game.
