Shape up: The UH Department of Campus Recreation's fitness programs continue through the summer. Programs include water, Step Plus and abdominal fitness and they are offered Monday through Thursday. The programs are free to currently enrolled summer students. Faculty and staff may enroll for $50. Participants must register in Room 102, Garrison Gym before attending a class.
