In News Today . . .

The UH Undergraduate Council is reconsidering general regulations on transfer students in hopes of making it easier for them to transfer core courses and graduate from UH with honors.

In Opinion Today . . .

The phrase "just chillin'" seems to take on a new meaning in some of the residence halls. When some one tells me, "I'm just chillin', fool," I usually interpret their remark as meaning, "I haven't done a productive thing in hours and I'm sitting here watching ESPN." 

In Entertainment Today . . .

Following a very successful career with The Police, Gordon Matthew Sumner -- also known as Sting -- went out on his own and had a very productive solo career.

In Sports Today . . .

The UH men's and women's cross country teams traveled to College Station this past weekend to run in the Texas A&M Invitational. Both teams blew past most of the competition.
