Prosecutors on Tuesday dropped charges against a former UH student charged with sexually assaulting a Settegast Hall resident in mid-August when DNA and fingerprint test results did not link him to the crime.

I have just been through two of the most grueling days in my entire life. Like many of you, I was going along my merry way, living my life and minding my own business when all of a sudden without warning it appeared in my mailbox: a jury summons.
