UHS Board of Regents meeting moved to Nov.

Cougar News Staff

The UH System Board of Regents meeting scheduled for this morning has been postponed to Wednesday, Nov. 17.

The meeting was postponed because it was not posted with the secretary of state's office, as is required with state meetings, said Wendy Adair, associate vice chancellor and associate vice president for University Relations.

Though Adair said the meeting's postponement was announced Tuesday afternoon, The Daily Cougar was not notified until Wednesday, after an article on the meeting was printed. The Cougar apologizes for any inconvenience that article may have caused.

The public portion of the rescheduled meeting will begin at 9 a.m. Nov. 17 in the Athletic/Alumni Center. For more information, call the Regents office at (713) 743-3444.
