In News Today . . .

Officials at the University of Wisconsin remain optimistic regarding the outcome of a Supreme Court case over student fee distribution, even as some people worry the high court's decision might inhibit students' First Amendment rights.

In Opinion Today . . .

I guess you could say I have had a learning experience in the last two weeks. It may seem silly, but the Ricky Martin concert and the Broadway production Rent have really opened my eyes to a whole new genre of entertainment.

In Entertainment Today . . .

Unfortunately, with what could debatably be considered an all-star cast, this movie, in a mismatched, overdone fashion, displays that sometimes quantity can lead to the misplacing of quality.

In Sports Today . . .
Senior forward Kenny Younger scored a career-high 30 points to lead the UH men's basketball team to a 119-110 victory over the Houston Flight on Friday night at Hofheinz Pavilion.
