In News Today . . .

Although UH officials referred to last fall's freshman class as the largest in University history, preliminary enrollment figures for Fall 1999 indicate a slight increase.
 

In Opinion Today . . .

Even now, at the end of August, temperatures are near 100 degrees. But home, home is where we find relief from the heat.
