A member of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People cited his life as evidence and challenged students at UH to start a dialogue with fellow African-American students and to actively pursue partnerships with African-American groups on and off campus.


It's been a strange week for news, folks, let me tell you. If you're a slightly addled news junkie, then you may be reeling from the effects of this week.


Coming all the way from Miami, hip-hop newcomers Iconz arose from behind the scenes to step in the game and hit the world with their debut album, Street Money, Volume I.


While UH basketball and indoor track and field wind down, baseball and softball are just heating up. With stellar performances and impending tournaments, Cougar fans have a lot to be excited about.
