Saying the Student Voice Party swept this year's Student Government Association election would be an understatement.

The Internet has posed a threat to copyright and privacy laws since its inception. It's a conduit for information, legal and illegal.

While long spells of threatening weather and mandatory shuttle busing have reduced this year's Rodeo attendance (down 20 percent from last year's), at least the quality of entertainment hasn't gone down with the sagging ticket sales.

MILWAUKEE -- The Lady Cougars not only advanced past the first round of the Conference USA tournament with a bye, but they won their first-ever C-USA tourney game here Saturday with an 80-74 victory over Memphis (17-12 overall).
