UH sweeps UAB with two shutouts

The UH baseball team has rallied 13-2 over its last 15 games to pull one game over .500 at 19-18 from a 6-16 record on March 13. By sweeping Alabama-Birmingham this weekend, the Cougars also maintain their strong lead in Conference USA, leading South Florida and Tulane by three games.
 

UH falls vs. ranked teams

The UH women's tennis team came up short in two matches this weekend against nationally ranked opponents Texas Christian and Southern Methodist. The losses drop Houston to 4-15 on the season.
 

UH wins first C-USA series over Bulls 2-1

The UH softball team pulled out its first Conference USA series win this weekend, 2-1, against the South Florida Bulls at Baseball USA. The three-game series was tied after Saturday's double-header, but the Cougars held the Bulls off the scoreboard for six innings Sunday to win, 4-1.
