While University policies require employees who know of illegal or improper activities to report them, one faculty member says this makes employees vulnerable to retaliation, which University officials often ignore, if not sanction.

"Life moves pretty fast; if you don't stop to look around once in awhile, you could miss it," advises Matthew Broderick's title character in Ferris Bueller's Day Off.

Fusion Café, a hip little eatery with locations downtown and in Rice Village, falls into the second category. People who have found the place want to keep it a secret so it won't become inundated with twenty-somethings who would not appreciate its magic.

After an impressive showing against Alabama-Birmingham this weekend, the Cougar baseball team will travel to College Station to take on Texas A&M.
