UH Volleyball posts schedule

UH volleyball head coach Bill Walton and senior hitter Jennifer Wittenburg, who was awarded a sixth year of eligibility by the NCAA due to multiple injuries during her collegiate career, will lead the team through a tough non-conference schedule.
 

UH catcher takes plate for USA

Snyder was invited to a Team USA tryout camp, then secured his position as one of three catchers on the team with his scoring performance in Team USA's5-1 victory over the Chicago Cubs in an exhibition game June 18.
 

UH swimming adds three fish

All three are strong sprinters. Douglass, from Amarillo, is expected to perform in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle after placing 12th and 16th, respectively, at the 2001 Texas State High School Championships.
 

UH athletics narrowly escapes disaster

Many UH students will remember the night of June 8, 2001, and the week that followed years after they graduate. The University suffered millions of dollars in damages across campus and had to suspend summer classes for a week.
