Tables were set up at the UC on Wednesday in observance of the Day of the Dead, a celebration of those who have died.


In News Today . . .

A research team at the Houston Partnership for Space Exploration at UH is working on methods to process corn for tortilla chips in space. They are simultaneously investigating the causes that make food spoil, thus finding ways to extend shelf life.
