Get down: Filipino Students Association members rehearse for a dance competition against other Texas chapters. The competition will be held March 9-11 in Austin.

 

UH System Chancellor Arthur K. Smith gave the UHS Board of Regents an update Thursday on the System's efforts to convince the Texas Legislature to increase Tier I funding for state universities, including UH.


Folks, it's comforting to glance at the morning newspaper and see our two ruling parties getting along.


Based on Warren Beattyis 1978 hit film, Heaven Can Wait, the new Chris Rock vehicle Down to Earth allows one of Americais great comedic talents to take his shot starring in a major motion picture.


UH softball and tennis take action today and throughout the weekend as they look to improve their records.
