UH may not be faced with having to reduce expenditures as previously
feared, particularly with regard to faculty and staff pay raises, UH
President Arthur K. Smith told staff members Thursday.

UH students will be able to purchase Microsoft
Office and Microsoft Windows software for as little as $7 this fall semester
as a result of a new license
agreement with the software giant, said
