The No. 5 Houston baseball team knocked the spit out of Fresno State on Tuesday night with an 11-0 combined shutout that improved the
Cougars' record to 19-7.
 

Golf finishes ninth in Morris Williams

The UH golf team finished in ninth place at the Morris Williams Intercollegiate tournament in Austin.
 

Lady Cougars face the Ducks in finals

The UH women's basketball team will play for the Women's National Invitation Tournament championship at 9 p.m. Wednesday against

Sullivan recieves pitching award
UH pitcher Brad Sullivan added another regular-season honor to his list Tuesday when he was honored as the National Collegiate Baseball
Writers Association's National Pitcher of the Week.
 

Indiana still alive in NCAA's

OK, so maybe the Indiana Hoosiers did stand a chance against the Duke Blue Devils. Jason Williams may be a top- three pick in the NBA,
but he can't shoot a free throw to save his life. A point guard who doesn't shoot free throws well can be a big liability in the NBA.
