Cougars play host to Sam Houston

The Houston baseball team went 2-2 last week, dropping to No. 10 in the Baseball America poll, but went on to win its series against
Conference USA foe Cincinnati. With the wins, the Cougars stayed atop the league standings with a 13-5 conference record.

Cougar Softball makes bid for C-USA championship

TTimes are looking good for Cougar Softball. After getting over a few rough spots, finding their swings and mastering the strike zone, the Cougars
are ready to make a run for the top spot in Conference USA.

Golf team still in fifth at C-USA

The UH men's golf team remained in fifth place following the second round of play at the Conference-USA Championships on Tuesday. The
tournament is being held at The Club at Hidden Creek in Navarre, Fla.
