Architecture major Xavier Houston, a third-year transfer student, interviews for a position at the UH Bookstore with Marcel Meissner on Tuesday in the World Affairs Lounge.

 

The University's football team has lost its previous two contests against Rice University, and UH football head coach Dana Dimel has since
taken the first steps toward getting the upper hand in the crosstown rivalry.


And Trout replies, "I won't know if I am myself until I find out whether life is serious or not." He says, "It's dangerous, I know, and it can hurt a lot. That doesn't necessarily mean it's serious, too."


As part of its Sensational Cinema program, the Angelika Film Center will run a Quentin Tarantino Double Feature. The filmmaker's directorial
debut Reservoir Dogs and his Pulp Fiction will show August 9-15 


While it seems as if Drayton McLane and his Astros didn't even bother to make a phone call regarding a potential trade before the deadline and many fans lost hope in the Astros' chances of playing ball this October, the 'Stros have put together an impressive winning record.
