The man at the forefront of the resurgence of interest in a geography program at UH cleaned out his office Wednesday while an apparent administrative blunder left many students stranded when they found that classes for which they had enrolled had been cancelled.

"Euthanasia" comes from two Greek words meaning "good death." In practice, it has come to mean the selective killing of those who are
old or sick. Worldwide, support for the practice appears to be increasing. 

This by-the-numbers, cliché-ridden, jock-finds-love-and-the-strength-within story has a few inspired moments -- a very few -- but in the end it's just another ho-hum summer movie.
Even though 13 more reporters thought Miami was a better team, Florida sits atop the first Associated Press poll of the season.
