Cougars bludgeoned into cellar by Black Knights

The ebb and flow of the Army-UH game Saturday resembled medieval forces sweeping across a plain, crashing together in thunderous combat.

Mental mistakes cost Cougars dearly in defeat

Junior quarterback Kelly Robertson has completed 89 of 160 passes for 1,195 yards and seven touchdowns. His targets have racked up some pretty
impressive numbers, too.

Individual efforts provide hope

And while Cougar fans wait for the sun to shine again on this once proud football program, they can take solace in knowing that while the 2001 campaign has been filled with more than its share of darkness, it still has its bright spots.

Energy shock Titans, stay undefeated

Athletes in red jerseys jogged onto John O'Quinn Field and took their places across the line of scrimmage from their opponents in white Saturday.

Cougar netters slam C-USA

The UH volleyball team returned to action with a vengeance Friday, slamming the St. Louis Billikens and Memphis Tigers over the weekend in Hofheinz Pavilion with identical 3-0 scores. The wins improved the Cougars' record to 7-8 overall and 4-2 in Conference USA play.
