HBSA: The Hispanic Business Student Association invites minority students interested in pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, engineering or computer science to attend an INROADS meeting at 8:30 p.m. in Room 180, Melcher Hall. INROADS' mission is to develop and place talented minority youth in business and industry and prepare them for corporate and community leadership through internships. Late afternoon madness: The Lady Cougar basketball team will have a tailgate party at 4 p.m., before the UH football team's Homecoming game against Cincinnati in the Scott side pavilion, Robertson Stadium parking lot. MVP: The Metropolitan Volunteer Program is helping Summerbridge-Houston in its search for volunteer teachers for its school-year program, consisting of Saturday school sessions two times per month and tutoring sessions at least four times per month.
