UH professors not so diverse

While UH has one of the most ethnically diverse student populations of any urban research university, it has a lot of ground to gain in terms of
hiring minority faculty members and staff.

performance of the fall semester's Poetry and Prose program.
 

'Smokeout ' offers aid for smokers

If commercials preaching "the truth" about nicotine and its effects don't convince people to stop smoking, a little helpful encouragement might do
the trick. That was the goal of UH Wellness Center Director Gail Hudson-Gillian during the Great American Smokeout on Thursday.
