When you think of athletes, you donit really see them as ordinary people. Such athletes like Michael Jordan, Muhammad Ali, Troy Aikman and even David Carr, are put on such high pedalstals that people donit think of them having ordinary lives.
 

Hurricanes hit Florida, prove point
Miami is good. Really good. Really, really, really good. The Hurricanes didn't defeat the Gators on Saturday. They destroyed them.
 

Astros can still catch Cardinals
Addicted to the Astros and knowing how the team loves to worry its die-hard fans, itis fair to say the Houston had better hit a winning streak, or the players will soon be loading their tackle boxes and hunting gear for the off-season.
 

Tenneberger wins C-USA POW
The UH volleyball team looks to keep its record unblemished against Lamar at 7:30 p.m. today in Hofheinz Pavilion. The 7-0 Cougars will take to the court with the Conference USA Player of the Week, senior hitter Jennifer Tanneberger.
 

UH changes Army kcikoff, prepares for La-La game
The Cougar football program announced Monday that the Cougarsi game against Army on Oct. 19 has been moved to 2 p.m. from 7 p.m. The game is a conference match-up for UH.
