By Udochi Igbokwe

Pain is love and love is pain thatis the theme for the DVD releases this week.

Blockbuster hit Maid In Manhattan is out today. Marisa Ventura (Jennifer Lopez) is a struggling single mom who works at a posh Manhattan hotel and dreams of a better life for her and her young son (Tyler Posey).

Check out the crazy stunts of Johnny Knoxville and crew on Jackass: The Movie, which hits stores on DVD today.

Ben Zo/Paramount Pictures

One fateful day, hotel guest and Senatorial candidate Christopher Marshall (Ralph Fiennes) meets Marisa and mistakes her for a wealthy socialite. After an enchanting evening, the two fall madly in love. But when Marisais true identity is revealed, issues of class and social status threaten to separate them.

Who Framed Roger Rabbit? That is the question. This classic Robert Zemeckis and Steven Spielberg movie is out in a special-edition DVD. Roger Rabbit brings together the greatest array of cartoon stars in the history of motion pictures.

The DVD offers features such as commentary by the director, two fully restored and remastered discs one family-friendly, one for the enthusiast featuring "Behind the Ears: The True Story of Roger Rabbit," a game called "Trouble in Toontown," "Towntown Confidential" pop-up style trivia viewing mode, and the original Roger Rabbit shorts.

What do you call someone willing to go through painful but funny acts? A jackass. MTVis Jackass: The Movie is released this week. Some people consider the show a pitiful way to draw ratings, but one canit help but enjoy the stunts that Johnny Knoxville and his boys dish out.

Jackass has a cast of daredevils who are ready for anything and, more importantly, are ready to capture their often-painful antics on video. From getting bitten by a baby alligator to skateboarding on a speed treadmill to fighting a professional boxer, these guys set no limits on what they will do.

Get ready to scream because Ghost Ship is out on DVD. This thriller takes place in a remote region of the Bering Sea, where a salvage crew discovers the eerie remains of a grand passenger liner thought lost for more than 40 years. Once on board, the crew must confront the shipis horrific past and face the ultimate fight for their lives. The Ghost Ship DVD offers a few good chills for a dark and stormy night.
