Smith addresses Faculty Senate
The $12 billion budget deficit that Texas could face this year may affect the University of Houston, making decisions about where to allocate funds more difficult, President Arthur K. Smith said during his annual State of the University address to the Faculty Senate on Wednesday.

Professors will march for safety
Next Tuesday, protestors will try to inform the public about the horrors of police brutality by marching from Tranquility Park (located at 400 Rusk Street) to Houston Police Department Headquarters at 1200 Travis Street.
