Getcha some yen: The Japan Exchange and Teaching program is holding
an information session from noon to 1 p.m. Tuesday in the University Career
Services Conference Room, which is on the first floor of Student Service
Center 1. The Japanese Embassy is now accepting applications for assistant
language teachers and coordinators for international relations work in
public schools and government across Japan. Applications are available

are also available at the UH Career Services Office (713-743-5100).
Scholarships: The National Association of Hispanic Journalists is proud to announce new applications for the 2003 Ruben Salazar Scholarship Fund and Convention Internship programs are now available on NAHJ's Web site, www.nahj.org/student.html.
