After contentious election, no winner
There is no clear winner in the Residence Halls Association election held Wednesday, which was rife with complaints and strife. An unofficial tally of votes Wednesday night showed RHA presidential candidate Russell Payne taking 177 votes to candidate Karl Hearne's 175.
