Dean backs new schedule
Some students believe the Bauer College of Business is taking a step back by cutting night classes for undergraduate students in the fall, but business Dean Arthur Warga said the move is a step toward strengthening the college's accreditation, adding that splitting up graduates and undergraduates is a more ideal way to run the program.
 

A killer combination?
Do antidepressants cause suicide, the same tragedy they are prescribed to prevent? Since the new generation of antidepressants became popular in the 1990s, critics have worried that they pose some risk of actually causing suicide. 
 

Coogs take 3rd place at C-USA tourney
Before heading to the Conference USA championships in Louisville, Kent., last week, UH women's tennis head coach Jen Hyde said she would be disappointed with anything less than a third-place finish. Mission accomplished.
 

'Bill' tops action-packed weekend
In a weekend stained with blood and several gory acts of vengeance, two characters slashed their way to the top of the season's dead weight in the box office. Uma Thurman and Thomas Jane played Quentin Tarantino's Bride and Marvel Comics' Punisher, respectively, to pile up bodies and empty shells on their way to box office gold.
