Through the smoke: Cougar PEP is hosting a Great American Smoke Out "What If" Campaign and invites anyone who has been negatively affected by tobacco to come by Room 1038, Campus Recreation and Wellness Center, to add a piece to a "What If" quilt to express their experience. for this year's volume of Who's Who Among Students in American Colleges
and Universities. Nominations are open to juniors, seniors and graduate
students, who can fill out an application at the Campus Activities office,
