Students receiving financial aid next semester can expect long lines and telephone wait times because the number of students receiving financial aid is going up without an increase in staff, said officials.

Those Houston Texans sure know how to tease their fans. It would've been like an early Christmas present to see the Texans pull out a win against the New England Patriots on Sunday. But Christmas didn't come early for Houston fans. As a matter of fact, I'm starting to think Santa Claus doesn't even stop in Houston these days.
