There's no doubt that the synth-oriented Canadian pop band Hot Hot Heat has a loyal following in the indie scene, but with a new album that simply mimics the sound of their widely acclaimed sophomore album, Make Up the Breakdown, it's hard to say whether fans will be pleased or put off.
