Catharsis: Cougar PEP will host the Clothesline Project, a rape, abuse and violence awareness program which displays T-shirts designed by victims, from 10:00 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the UC. Relations, public style: The Public Relations Student Society of America is hosting a fundraiser from 10 p.m. to 2 a.m. at Club Paesanos, 213 Milam Street. Chemically speaking: The Department of Chemical
Engineering will host David W. Schmidtke, a professor of chemical, biological
and materials engineering at the University of Oklahoma, who will give
a talk titled "Leukocyte Adhesive Interactions Under Flow" at 10:30 a.m.
in W122-D3, Cullen College of Engineering.
Big time conference: The fourth-annual Houston-Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation Conference will take place this weekend in the University Hilton. Today, it will run from 8 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.; Saturday, it will run from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.; Sunday, there will be an 8:30 a.m. breakfast. The conference is open to anyone who wants to register.
