Students to vote
on fee cap
After weeks of discussion on whether
to lower the maximum amount of Student Service Fee revenue any organization
may receive, the Student Government Association Senate on Wednesday voted
to put the decision in the hands of the students.
Outage disrupts campus networks
Internet service to the University
was disrupted for more than three hours Wednesday, affecting access to
UH e-mail accounts and on-campus Internet service.
Police on hunt for assault suspects
UH police are still searching for
information on three black men who assaulted and attempted to rob a student
Sunday morning at Cambridge Oaks.
Report: UH crime down overall
Despite an overall drop in crime on
campus in 2003, the number of liquor law violations increased sharply from
the previous year, UH Police Department statistics show.

1 article "AD on hand to discuss fee cap" said the Student Government Association
Senate will consider a "foreign student fee." In fact, the Senate was set
to discuss a possible increase in the International Education Fee, which
provides scholarship assistance to students studying abroad or participating
in international programs.
