Water, water everywhere: A Cushman passes through
a large puddle near the Fine Arts Building on Wednesday afternoon. Heavy
rains that moved through Southeast Texas left some parts of the campus
-- and Houston -- underwater. Weather forecasts indicate today will be
cloudy, but not as wet.
