CMAS honored for shrinking gap
UH's Center for Mexican American Studies was one of six institutions this year to receive the 2005 Texas Higher Education Star Award last week, which recognized the center's efforts toward closing the academic achievement gap in Texas higher education.

Parking quandary easily solved
Most of those who whined about parking earlier this semester, as many do every semester, have either dropped their classes or sucked it up and learned to get to school early.
