UH law student lobbies at U.N. talk

A UH law student traveled to the Netherlands during Thanksgiving week for a United Nations global warming conference, where representatives from around the world met to discuss strategies to relieve international environmental issues.

Mentoring program for graduating students starts

A program that once tried to connect graduating students with alumni is making a comeback at the UH Career Planning Services department after almost a decade on the shelves.


Monday's Page 2 editorial, "The semester in review," incorrectly stated that Rice University police had not located the Frontiersmen who allegedly committed a crime after the Rice-UH football game at Rice Stadium. In fact, Rice police have spoken to the Frontiersmen involved.
